Antistatic yarns

Antistatic yarns are important in preventing build up of static electricity and static charges. Ashutosh provides yarn incorporating Stainless steel fibre and other carbon based fibre to dissipate the static charges. We incorporate the conductive fibres like BekinoxⓇ and BelltronⓇ with cotton, aramids, Polypropylene, Polyester, Modacrylic and other fibre to design and process Antistatic yarns.

Based on the yarn composition, we can meet the following EN 1149 norms.

EN 1149 Norms :

– EN1149-1 : Test Methods to Determine Surface Resistance For Surface Conductors Only

– EN1149-2 : Test Methods For The Measurement of The Electrical Resistance Through a Material (Vertical Resistance)

– EN1149-3 : Test Methods For The Measurement of Charge Decay And Suitable For Surface And Core Conductors

– EN1149-5 : Test Methods For Protective Clothing With Electrostatic properties
